Vacuum Packaging Machines

Packaging machines which form gas barrier film into a bag to fill with product or fill a pre-made gas barrier film bag with product, put it usually in a vacuum chamber for airless, tight packaging. Widely used for packaging foodstuffs to extend their lives for preservation or tight packaging products. The following types of machines come under this category.


Deep-drawn Vacuum Packaging Machine

A vacuum packaging machine in which a thermoformable plastic sheet is heated and formed with pressure, before being filled vertically with product and sealed with a top film as inside air is being sucked out to create a vacuum. The air is sometimes replaced with inert gas. Widely used for packaging processed livestock products such as ham and sausage, processed paste marine products, agricultural products, etc.

Vacuum and Gas Flush Packaging Machine

A vacuum packaging machine which fills a pre-made gas barrier film bag with product, puts it usually in a vacuum chamber for airless packaging and seals. The air inside the bag is sometimes replaced with nitrogen gas or carbonic acid gas for a long product life. Widely used for packaging foodstuffs such as processed livestock products, processed machine products, etc.
