[FEATURES]
- This is a compound machine for 8-bottle fixed-quantity filling and 6-bottle stopper plugging and cap tightening.

MODEL UX-AFPC1411 NEW-GENERATION LINEAR UNIT MACHINE (Packaging Plant System)
[FEATURES]
- Performing the entire tablet packaging operation on a single counter. - Reducing an installation space and a changeover time to one third of those required for our existing models.
- Carrying containers one by one on a box motion container conveyor, air washing them at each station, putting in silica gels, counting tablets and filling , inserting polyethylene sheets, and then capping.
- Using a rotor to cut off tablets properly for counting them without error.

MODEL ALC TEMPORARY AND FINAL CAPPER (Capping Machines)
[FEATURES]
- When a cap is placed manually on a container temporarily (no temporary tightening is necessary), the disc-roller head tightens it temporarily and finally.
- Since the time required for type change is within 5 minutes, the multiple product types can be manufactured easily.
- Automatic cap feeder can be attached.
- Our originally developed servo motor system ensures the user the 5-50kg-cm torque control. This can be also used as a torquemeter to measure the cap-opening torque.
