VERTICAL FORM-FILL-SEAL PACKAGING MACHINE ASTRO (Vertical Flexible Package Form, Fill and Seal Machines)
We have released ASTRO, the vertical form-fill-seal machine that performs automatic packaging in conjunction with Ishida world leading multihead weigher. ASTRO realizes total packaging process, such as weighing, packaging, inspections and cartoning.

* Speeds : up to 100 bags per minute
* Servomotor realizes stable film feeding. This enables optimum setting according to each film material, leading to high-quality sealing.
Horizontal seal pressure can be easily set via the remote control unit.
* The preliminary registration feature greatly improves the sealing quality, by adjusting the optimum sealing pressure and temperature according to each film material in advance.
* The former replacement needs no tool. Moreover, the weight-saving design of former improves the film replacement time.
* RCU with color LCD touch panel is applied to enable easy operation. Operators can easily access to the touch panel by directly viewing each icon.
* Self-diagnosis function clearly shows a problem in case so that the operator can identify a defect.
* Variety of optional functions supports many different applications
