[FEATURES]
The most important feature of the HLP-1000 lies in its unique heating coil structure. Swaged cartridge heater is made with resistance coil wound on specially selected ceramic core placed close to inside wall of sheath, and packed with high purity magnesium oxide with superior thermal conductivity and high temperature dielectric characteristics. The internal structure is solidly packed to effectively transmit generated heat from resistance wire to outer sheath with minimum temperature difference, thereby increasing life as well as reliability.
Outside surface of heater is finish ground within -0.02 to -0.08 of nominal diameter to achieve precision contact with object to be heated.

   Can provide high electric insulation even in a high humidity environment in which a high temperature cartridge heater has weakness.

   Up to 30w/sq.cm depending on the conditions for use.
