MODEL AF-750S NET-WEIGHT AUGER FILLING MACHINE FOR POWDER & GRANULE (Powder & Granule Filling Machines)

This is the auger filling machine which is designed to intend to fill powdered and/or granular products of specific preset real net weight (1kg ~ 50kg)into containers such as cans, bottles, bags, cartons, etc., regardless of a difference in weight of the containers. The machine provides with a scaling stand moving up and down into which a high-functional load-cell incorporates, and instantaneously a container is put on the stand, its tare-weight automatically is set to zero. Then, the stand starts moving up and, when it comes to its top level and the end of auger comes to a position closed by the bottom of the container, bulk filling is begun and the stand starts lowering. The stand stops lowering at a position the bulk filling is ended up, and top-up filling precisely to make the remaining quantity up is carried out by getting a signal from the scale. Then, the stand lowers to its orignal position. Operating panel indicates and also prints out the fills' weights. It not only ensures high-precise filling but also the bottom up filling offers a better approach by prevention of dust flying, contributing to prevention of products' loss, conservation of working enviroment and elevation of working efficiency in factory.
