MODEL FSL-HB HANGING TYPE AUTOMATIC SLITTER/REWINDER (Slitter / Rewinder)

[FEATURES]
This Slitter/Rewinder is mainly used for primary slitter/rewinder of various plastic films such as BOPP, CPP, BOPET, BOPVC, BONY, BOPS.
The machine is designed to work with higher speed and precise control to get better quality product roll.
Additionally the machine allows higher effeciency operation with its particular mechanism and control system, by shortening of stopping time, product roll changing and operating condition changing, than those of conventional machines. Also the machine can be completed to CIMS, connecting with Host computer installed in central control room of the factory.

1.Higher production effeciency
   1)Stopping time for product roll changing is just 1 minute to 2 minutes with fully automatic.
   2)Position setting for slitting width changing is just 3 minutes to 5 minutes with fully automatic.
2.Automations
   1)Winding conditions (winding tension, contact pressure etc.) by computer.
   2)Slitting widths and numbers by computer.
   3)Unloading of product rolls, supplying and chucking of new cores, cross cutting and transferring of cut films and restarting.
3.Getting better winding quality
   Because of automatic setting of operating conditions, it avoids personal error of operator by operator.
4.Better trim winding
   It reduces tearing problems, because trims winding are done at right below of trimming positions.
5.Human technological design
   Advanced automation and working on the floor of the factory by operator is allowed safety work and reducing of his fatigue.
