MODEL FSL-FV FRICTION SHAFT TYPE SLITTER / REWINDER (Slitter / Rewinder)

[FEATURES]
This machine is designed to secondary slitter / rewinder for various plastic films and papers after manufactured and converted.
The machine unwinds the film, slits and rewinds it with optimum operating conditions.
- Special friction shaft controlled by pneumatic allows proportional and precise torque with air pressure. (ring width min. 40mm)
- Gap winding systems minimizes edge irregularing and wrincle on the product roll.
- Lay-on roller avoides telescoping for the slippy film.
- Operating conditions can be set by a touch panel sequencially according to instructing by displaying of CRT.
- Operator can call out model pattern of operating conditions and drive the machine.
- Unloader for finished rolls is equipped.
- Mill roll lifter is equipped.
