MODEL FHF-220 HORIZONTAL BAG FILL-SEALING MACHINE (Bag Fill and Seal Machines)

[FEATURES]
- Products kept aligned in a pack by inserting the products horizontally in a bag.
- Difficult-to-insert upright products can be pushed into a bag by surrounding them with a tray.
- Touch panel operation. Up to 100 different product items can be preset. A color display with little flickering. Machine operating speed setting, switch setting, timer setting, etc. can be done and changed by simply bringing up respective items on a screen.
- Displaying where a trouble occurred (self-diagnostic function), causes of the trouble and its solutions. A counter, an hourmeter, etc. are installed for various monitoring capabilities.
- A pouch recycling feature is provided as standard to reduce the loss of empty bags.
- A bag gripper distance on the bag filling carousel can be adjusted by a simple switch operation to minimize bag changing trouble.
Product changing procedures:
   Replace an inserter tray
   Replace inserting section parts
   (About five minutes are needed to finish above procedures.)
