[FEATURES]
This equipment is the new type of the familiarity series same at a Y-77-A-W model. It is equipment which considered washing, size change, and maintenance and was designed. Since the portion which capability did not go up by foaming etc. It was covered protecting the fixed quantity nature which is the feature of the conventional machine. We also developed this filling machine newly. Moreover, capability realized 50~80 bags/min of the conventional machine.
In dealing with docking to automatic solid feeder, or a bag with a zipper, 9 sectiones are made standard.

[FEATURES]
These machines have already been delivered to a number of customers and well received by them. These have been developed as cup filling and sealing machines for processed agricultural and aquatic products. Unlike Model YK-103 which also has been enjoying a wide acceptance, these machines are capable of film sealing after filling. Model M-61 is incorporated into these machines for reliable fixed capacity filling. A special nozzle cutter (patented) is employed to cut fibrous products for the prevention of cloudiness within a cup. These machines are W type of models for mass production purposes, but a single type of model is also available. Please consult us.

[FEATURES]
Patented nozzle cutter provides high filling accuracy for liquid and paste. Screw device for highly viscous foods and shaker for precipitable foods can be attached (Other specifications). Valve method is optimum for KINZANJI-MISO (sweet taste soy paste) and KURI-KINTON (sweetly cooked chestnuts), etc.
Machines with big capacities (1000, 1500, 2000 and 3000 MODELS) are offered besides 260, 350 and 500 MODELS. Wetted part of filling nozzle valve or piston can be disassembled and cleaned in a short time.
Use of patented nozzle prevents liquid leakage. Fibrous materials are cut to pieces for filling.
Various vessels (bags, bottles, cans, plastic vessels, etc.)can be filled.
