[FEATURES]
The pillow-bag packaging machine, SVE 2510, is equipped with microprocessor controlled servo motors at each mechanical drive part and incorporates the "packaging-material consecutive-feed method" as well as the "box-motion sealing method", which enable the machine to run reliably and also at high speeds. In addition to the standard features (such as pillow bags, block bottom bags and gusset bags), Bosch developed a new type of SVF for 4-corner-seal bag manufacturing, the SVE 2510 QR, with its forming and sealing stations implemented directly into the standard SVE.

- Products kept aligned in a pack by inserting the products horizontally in a bag.
- Difficult-to-insert upright products can be pushed into a bag by surrounding them with a tray.

GP-2000U is the packing machine which equipped with newly developed U type bag feeding equipment to GP-2000 series which is acknowledged by the stable packing, and aimed at still higher packing quality. A bag height automatic adjustment mechanism and numerical menagement of an adjustment part contributes to the improvement in quality of a packing process, laborsaving, and increase in efficiency much more. We have released ASTRO, the vertical form-fill-seal machine that performs automatic packaging in conjunction with Ishida world leading multihead weigher. ASTRO realizes total packaging process, such as weighing, packaging, inspections and cartoning.

* Speeds : up to 100 bags per minute
* Servomotor realizes stable film feeding. This enables optimum setting according to each film material, leading to high-quality sealing.
Horizontal seal pressure can be easily set via the remote control unit.
* The preliminary registration feature greatly improves the sealing quality, by adjusting the optimum sealing pressure and temperature according to each film material in advance.
* The former replacement needs no tool. Moreover, the weight-saving design of former improves the film replacement time.
