Product Specifications
・Supported substrate width: 600–1100 mm (print width: 1032 mm)
・Supported substrates: PET, OPP, nylon, paper, etc. (thickness: 12–300 μm)
・Printing Speed: 30–50 m/min (with white ink), 40–70 m/min (without white ink)
・Dimensions: W 17,800 mm, D 6,380 mm, H 3,050 mm
・Number of Colors (Ink): 5 colors (anchorless, water-based)
・Drying Unit: Compatible with heat pump units + hot air generators or drying units using various heat sources
Product Features
・Supports 1100mm-wide substrates commonly used in gravure printing, enabling multi-panel printing
・Since no plates are required, endless printing and full-surface variable printing are possible
・Thanks to its unique structure, it can handle substrates that are difficult to print on, such as nylon
・Our proprietary water-based ink requires no anchor coat, so basic running costs consist solely of ink expenses
