• A robot system has realized efficient loading of products into cardboard boxes at the speeds of up to 30 shots per minute.
• The RBC II has a unique patent pending function of turning products or cardboard boxes at 90 degrees on the machine so that products can be placed in a box in such pattern as may be needed or as determined by the production line design that your plant layout dictates.
• Product conveyor buckets can be changed toolless. (patent pending)

SPECIFICATIONS and NOTES

A cardboard case packer has become a reality that can pack a wide variety of products, including various kinds of bagged items, efficiently and at high-speed. Cardboard boxes measuring 200~400mm long x 150~300mm wide x 80~300mm high can be used to accommodate different sizes of products and various packing patterns.  We can accept an order for the case packer only, if you already have case forming and sealing machines.
