BOTTLE WASHING AND DRYING MACHINE

BOTTLE WASHING AND DRYING MACHINE

NAGATA WORKS CO., LTD.

FEATURES

■Particles can be Thoroughly Removed by Our High Performance Washing and Drying System.

This bottle washing and drying machine realizes ultrahigh efficiency bottle washing that requires a density control of minute particles and foreign substances. With the help of high and ultrahigh performance filters, washing water and heated drying air remove minute impurities in a clean way.  Furthermore, for energy and cost saving purposes, washing water and heated drying air are reused by circulating them within the system.  This machine can accommodate different shapes and materials of bottles including gallon bottles, quart bottles, clean bottles, etc.

Minute Contaminants can be Removed by the High Performance Washing System.
In the washing process, the inside and outside surfaces of quart bottles, clean bottles, etc. are washed with the ultrapure water (at the temperature of about 60℃) passing through the filters to remove minute contaminants.  This machine can perform an ultrahigh efficiency washing that requires a density control of minute particles and foreign substances.

Particles can be Reduced by the High Performance Drying and Cooling Processes.
The washed bottles are conveyed to the drying process for drying by a blow of heated air passing through the filter.  The bottles heated up in the drying process are then conveyed to the cooling process, dried by a blow of cool air passing through the filter and discharged.  Either HEPA or ULPA filter is employed for the drying and the cooling processes to reduce residue particles to the minimum.

Energy and Cost Saving Specifications
In the washing process, a preliminary washing, cycle washing and finish washing are performed.  The heated water used for the finish washing is reused for both preliminary and cycle washings for economy.  In the drying and the cooling processes, the used and discharged cool air is sucked by a blower and heated to the temperature of about 80℃ by an aerofine heater for reuse.

An Explosion Proof Design is Possible to Secure Safey of Operations.
The machine to be installed at a location designated as dangerous by law, can be designed to have various explosion proof characteristics.  Either explosion proof “structural standards” or “international conformity guidelines” can be complied with.

Log Data Management
The data on the water and air pressures can be managed for washing water.  Data traceability can be built up to trace data for the improvement of work efficiency and product quality.

CORPORATE PROFILE
FILLING AMD CAPPING EQUIPMENT

FILLING AMD CAPPING EQUIPMENT

NAGATA WORKS CO., LTD.

FEATURES

■An Integrated System Dedicated to Clean Filling

An ultrahigh quality filling is made possible by doing capping and other operations without manpower, reducing to the minimum the risk of bottles being exposed to contamination.  This is the ideal filling system for high purity medical solutions that require high level of cleanliness.
Use of a turret enables the system to turn out a wide variety of products in small quantities in a space saving manner.

A Filling Operation in a Clean Environment Completely Prevents Particles from Polluting Medical Solutions.
A series of operations from cap opening and bottle filling to cap closing are performed within the cleanroom that complies with the Class 4 to 5 of the ISO Cleanroom Standards, making it possible to produce high quality medical solutions  in the environment where particles are completely controlled.

Space and Cost Savings are Realized.
This integrated system, being compact, can be installed in the production sites with limited space.  Furthermore, since a series of operations can be performed within the same system, a cost-saving one-man operation is possible.

The Anti-foaming Filling System Prevents Liquids from Squirting from a Container.
Foamy liquids can be filled without generating foam and splash by submerged filling using a long nozzle that follows the liquid surface.  By controlling the filling speeds and adjusting the pumping power, non-foaming filling can be stably performed.

An Explosion Proof Design is Possible to Secure Safety of Operations.
The machine to be installed at a location designated as dangerous by law, can be designed to have various explosion proof characteristics. Either explosion proof “structural standards” or “international conformity guidelines” can be complied with according to the customer request.

Log Data Management
Data on the filling volume, etc. can be managed.  Data traceability can be built up to trace data for the improvement of work efficiency and product quality.
